Většina káv vás probudí. Tahle vás posílí. Four Sigmatic Protein Coffee obsahuje 10 g bílkovin, 5 g kreatinu, kolagen z trávy krmených zvířat a lví hřívu v každém šálku, protože ti, kdo denně podávají výkony, si zaslouží víc ze svého ranního šálku. Potřebují lepší ranní rituál. Zpomalte. Zamíchejte. Začněte správně.
Smooth enough to drink black, which surprised me for something with that much protein powder in it. The combination of creatine and collagen means I don't need a separate supplement shake after my morning run.
I was skeptical about mixing creatine into my morning coffee, but this dissolves clean with no chalky grit. The lion's mane gives a steady, clear focus that lasts past lunch, and I feel less hungry between breakfast and my first snack.
The lion's mane and collagen blend is the reason I grabbed this, and it mixes way smoother into my morning mug than most protein powders I've tried. The 5g of creatine is a sneaky bonus, and I actually feel less shaky after my commute than with regular instant coffee.
