The mixability is honestly the first thing I noticed—no clumps even when I just shake it with water, and the texture is way smoother than what I'm used to. I've been adding it to my morning smoothie for the probiotics and greens, and it keeps me full until lunch without any bloat.
I’ve had a lot of protein powders that leave a chalky film in my mouth, but this one mixes up silky and the 20g of protein keeps me full without that heavy feeling. The added prebiotics and probiotics are a nice bonus—my stomach has felt noticeably calmer since switching.
The vanilla flavor is actually quite smooth, not chalky like some other powders I've tried. I love that it packs in the prebiotics and probiotics plus the greens—one shake in the morning and I feel set for the day without any bloat.
