Mixing this into my morning routine was way easier than I expected—the matcha dissolves cleanly and the 10g of protein makes it feel like an actual meal replacement. I’ve noticed real mental clarity from the lion’s mane, and the taste is smooth without that chalky protein aftertaste.
I was skeptical about the texture, but it mixes up totally smooth with just a shaker bottle and doesn't have that chalky protein aftertaste. The lion's mane gives me a nice steady focus while the matcha keeps me alert without jitters, and 10g of protein makes it a proper breakfast stand-in.
The 10g of protein and creatine actually make this a solid breakfast swap for me, since I’m not a big smoothie person. It dissolves cleanly with just a fork in my shaker, and the matcha taste stays smooth without any chalky finish. This has genuinely replaced my usual post-gym shake.
