Darmgesundheit Pilz-Mischung

I’ve been making this part of my morning routine for a couple weeks now, and my stomach feels noticeably calmer by mid-afternoon. It’s nice to have a caffeine-free option that still gives me that warm, ritual-like start to the day without the jitters.

The powder dissolves completely with no gritty texture, which makes it easy to stir into my afternoon smoothie. Three weeks in and I notice my digestion feels more settled, plus I like that it’s caffeine-free so I can sip it later in the day without disrupting my sleep.

I’ve been adding this to my morning tea for two weeks now, and the lack of caffeine means I can sip it even after dinner without tossing and turning. The instant blend mixes up in seconds, which has made it my easiest daily wellness step.
