Elixir Calmante, Sobres

I’m honestly surprised by how much I look forward to this packet in the afternoon—stirring it into warm water is the little reset moment I didn’t know I needed. The reishi comes through without any bitter edge, and it’s genuinely caffeine-free so there’s no jitter when I’m trying to wind down.

The reishi is doing exactly what I hoped—my afternoon tension just melts away about twenty minutes after I drink it. I love that it’s completely caffeine-free, so I can sip it before bed without worrying about sleep.

I’ve been adding a packet to my afternoon tea when the day gets hectic, and it dissolves instantly with no clumping. It’s caffeine-free, so I don’t get that wired feeling afterward, just a noticeable ease in my shoulders. The earthy reishi taste is subtle enough that it doesn’t overpower anything.
