I’ve been blending this into my morning smoothie for two weeks now and my gut feels noticeably calmer, which I wasn’t expecting from a protein powder. The texture is genuinely smoother than my old brand, no chalky grit at the end, and the unflavored taste lets the fruit shine through.
The mixability is honestly the first thing I noticed—it dissolves clean in water with no chalky grit at the bottom, which my old powder never did. The 20g of protein per scoop is solid, and the added prebiotics and mushrooms make me feel less bloated after drinking it.
Tossed a scoop into my morning smoothie and couldn't taste it at all, which is huge for unflavored powders. The 20g of complete protein plus the greens and mushrooms actually kept me full through lunch.
