フォーカス ハーフカフェ ホールビーンコーヒー

I’ve been brewing this before my afternoon meetings and the combo of lion’s mane and yacon actually keeps me clear-headed without that buzzy feeling I used to get. The whole beans ground up beautifully in my grinder, and the half-caf strength means I can have a second cup by 3pm and still sleep fine

The subtle kick from the lion’s mane is real—I’m calm but actually getting through my afternoon spreadsheet without hitting that wall. My anxiety’s down a notch since I started brewing this organic whole bean blend a week ago, and it grinds just like my usual bag.

I swapped from full-caff to this half-caf with lion's mane and yacon, and I'm honestly surprised how steady my mornings feel now—no crash by 10 a.m., and the grind size was perfect for my drip machine. Took about a week to notice the focus shift, but it's real.
