The way this dissolves into hot water is so smooth, no gritty bits at all, and the flavor is deep and earthy without any bitterness. I’ve been drinking it in the evenings instead of dessert and feel genuinely calmer, not sleepy, just settled.
I wasn’t expecting the reishi to be so subtle—it just makes the cacao taste deeper and creamier, not mushroomy at all. One packet stirred into hot oat milk is my new wind-down after work, and I love that it’s caffeine-free so I can have it right before bed without lying awake.
This cacao's my new evening ritual — the reishi makes it taste almost earthy-nutty, and I actually feel calmer about twenty minutes after my cup. I've tried other nighttime hot chocolates, but this one's got that unrefined deep flavor that's somehow both rich and soothing.
