Three weeks into using it and I can already tell the difference during my afternoon slump — I'm actually getting through my task list without reaching for a third coffee. The fact that it's caffeine-free but still keeps me locked in is the real win here, and one scoop in my smoothie is enough.

The scoop dissolves cleanly in my morning coffee with no weird aftertaste, and it's honestly the first adaptogen blend that doesn't make me jittery. Three weeks in, I'm getting through my entire task list before noon without that 2 PM crash.

I've been struggling with afternoon brain fog for months, and this blend has been a game-changer for my workday. The unflavored scoop dissolves easily in my morning smoothie, and I actually notice a real difference in my concentration by midday without any jitters or caffeine crash.
